Yoga

Gentle Hatha Yoga (all levels welcome*): This slower practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions. Best for those new to yoga or working with limitations.


Hatha Yoga (all levels welcome): This slower traditional practice moves through more static poses, emphasizing the balance of postural alignment with techniques to stretch and strengthen your body. You will end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.


Slow Flow Yoga (all levels welcome*): You will gently and slowly flow through a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Learn to combine breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. Relax, let go, and enjoy the slow flow!


Flow Yoga (all levels welcome): This class has you flowing through a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility.


Power Flow Yoga (all levels welcome): This class offers a strong and dynamic faster paced Vinyasa flow sequence of postures while detoxifying – and having fun! This Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.


Yoga Fit Fusion (Hot): This class is a fast-paced fusion of yoga with elements of blended strength training and cardio fitness. You will SWEAT!!! Class begins like any other yoga class to warm up, then get ready to “pump up the jam” for this intense FUN workout!


Yin YogaElongate (all levels welcome*): Yin yoga is active stretching. This style of Yoga provides an extended floor series of long deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility while relaxing the nervous system and mind to truly and fully recharge your body. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time to target lengthening and conditioning deep connective tissues, such as the ligaments, rather than focus on the muscles.


Restorative Yoga (all levels welcome*): Fondly known around here as “Adult nap-time” this restful class offers guided breath-work and postures supported with props that allow the body to deeply stretch and relax.


Gentle Hatha Yoga & Stretch (all levels welcome): In this relaxing Hatha class, we will gently warm and stretch your muscles to improve mobility, finishing with some restorative postures to release stress and invite peace into the body and mind.


  • Barre and Pilates

Barre (all levels welcome): This class uses small, repetitive isometric movements to chisel, sculpt, and lengthen the whole body while using your own bodies’ resistance. This form-focused workout gives you the mind-body connection necessary to work your core class to achieve extreme results!


Barre Fitness (all levels welcome):
This challenging workout will burn calories and fat by the minute while sculpting and toning. This class is a Yoga, Barre, and Calisthenics hybrid. Think downward dogs paired with burpees and isometric movements. This full-body workout will get your heart pumping!


Barrelates (all levels welcome): This is a fusion of Classic Barre, Mat Pilates, and Yoga using a variety of resistance bands and balls using small, isometric movements to chisel, sculpt, and lengthen the whole body.


Yogalates (all levels welcome): Harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices in this class as we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs, and stomach. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level. Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.


REV+FLOW by REFIT ®is a dynamic, 45 min workout that strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. REV+FLOW is gentle on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. Weights are optional in some of the fitness components and mat routines are done towards the end of the hour.

This class will both challenge the fitness enthusiast and welcome the first-timer. There are options throughout the class that allows everyone to move together, yet at their own level of intensity. Come; be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music.


Virtual Moon Circles

Join us for crystal, cards, and connection

A chance to gather in circle virtually, to delve into the heart and soul of what’s most important. This class is workshop style, with room for everyone to speak their heart and mind, to unburden what’s heavy.
Strongly influenced by nature connection to sun and moon, we also use our favorite tools: crystals and cards. This is not a movement class but rather about being comfy and cozy, so please wear comfortable clothes.

Bring your yoga mat, a journal/pen, and your favorite crystal (clear quartz if you have it) and an open mind.
